Brant Carson, B.Eng, MBA

Mr. Carson is currently Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. In this role, Brant is responsible for leading client engagement teams in McKinsey’s consulting practice, with particular emphasis on the telecommunications and banking sectors. Prior to joining McKinsey, Brant served as Director of Global Product Verification and Delivery for Redknee Inc in Toronto, a global software company specializing in billing solutions for telecom carriers.  While in that role, Brant led the global customer-facing project management teams, and received CEO and Executive Team awards each year for exceptional results. Brant also worked at Research In Motion, as part of the team implementing an infrared protocol for the Blackberry.

Brant holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, as well as a B.Eng in Computer Engineering from McGill University.  Brant was the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships throughout his academic pursuits, including the prestigious Peter F. Drucker Effective Executive Scholarship in 2008, as well as the highly sought Loran National Award for leadership, academic excellence and community service.

Mr. Carson’s community service includes being a founding member of the Board of the World Youth Center, and a founding Steering Committee member of Autism Care Ontario.
