The Mood Disorders Support Group of the Niagara Region is a charitable, non-profit and volunteer-run association built on a self-help philosophy. Our purpose is to provide support, education and information to those affected by bipolar illness or depression, their families, friends, health professionals and the general public.

WHAT DO WE PROVIDE AT MEETINGS?

A guest speaker, a video or topic for discussion is offered at each meeting. People with mood disorders, their family members and friends are welcome to attend the meetings. There is always time to chat and interact with others who have experiences or circumstances similar to your own.

Our GOAL is to provide education about mood disorders and help erase the stigma attached to mental illness.
