Do you have a Bipolar Disorders, Anxiety Disorders or Depressive Disorders and desire the opportunity to meet others in a similar situation?

Mood Disorders Peer Support Group for Millennials:

  • assists individuals to understand and cope with their mood disorders
  • encourages wellness through the exchange of support and knowledge by peers
  • builds skills to manage life stresses
  • nurtures friendships through social events within the community

This is a support group for youth and young adults aged 16-30 affected by a mood disorder.
