The Mood Disorders Association of Ontario offers free peer support and recovery programs to people living with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. We also offer support for family members.

Toronto Drop-In: Men's Peer Support Group

This is a group for men living with depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder.

This group runs on the second Tuesday evening of the month and 4th Monday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.

Please use the access entrance, to enter the building after 4pm. Pressing the button will unlock the door.

Toronto Drop-in Group: Substance Use and Mood Disorder Support Group

A non-judgmental drop-in peer support group for anyone living with concurrent disorder (the combination of mood disorders and substance use/addiction issues). We welcome folks in all stages of wellness and recovery, meaning the group is open to both those who are currently using and those who are abstaining. (However, we do require sober attendance).

Meetings: The second and fourth Monday of each month, from 7:00 to 8:50 p.m.

Hamilton Peer Support Group: Mood Menders Support Services

Meetings are held for both individuals with a mood disorder and their supporters are held on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Tuesday of the month.  Sharing, coping skeills, providing support and networking with others facing similar challenges.  See the attached brochure for more details.

Self-help and support group offering education and discussions for people dealing with depression, bi-polar, and anxiety disorders.This group works towards reducing stigma within the group as well as in the community.
