The Mood Disorders Association of Ontario offers free peer support and recovery programs to people living with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. We also offer support for family members.

Hamilton Peer Support: Mood Menders Support Services

Meetings for both individuals with a mood disorder and their supporters are held on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday of each month.  Sharing coping skills, providing support and networking with others facing similar challenges.  See the attached brochure for details.

This group runs on the second and third Tuesday evening of the month from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.

Peer Support is for people coping with the isolating effects of mental health issues and stigma. One-on-One Peer Support is for anyone who wishes to connect with another individual with lived experience in a wellness-based environment.
