The Mood Disorders Association of Ontario offers free peer support and recovery programs to people living with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. We also offer support for family members.

Toronto Recovery Group: Registration Required: Learn to Paint

Express yourself with the Mood Disorders Association Learn to Paint group.

The 8-week-long group  has limited space available for participants; as such, registration is required.

Toronto Recovery Group: Registration Required: Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP)

Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) has limited space available for participants; as such, registration is required.

Potential participants are also required to attend a WRAP info session on Monday, January 9, 2012 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Learn how mindfulness can help you manage depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder.
