Team Building Activities

Hello team,

As per the team building discussion in the staff meeting on Wednesday, I have created this webform to get an idea of what "informal" and "formal" team building events you may be interested in (descriptions below).

I am hopeful to run the "informal" events monthly, while we hope to have several "formal" events throughout the year.
